Peter Caspari was President of Rank Canada City Wall and architect of  2 Bloor West/CIBC in Toronto & also designed Sheppard Centre.  Peter was actually going to retire after building 2BW plus his office tower at Yonge & Wellesley and several apartment buildings near Maple Leaf Gardens.  With a background in law pertaining to real estate; I pushed through the Sheppard Centre development. We flew to London & Zurich where meetings were held with Sir John Davis, Chairman of Rank. Sheppard Centre's five towers entitled Peter Caspari and I to share millions of dollars and I was also offered the position of Vice-President of Rank Canada at the 47th floor offices at Commerce Court when I was 23 ... but instead I chose to be involved in retail @ Cumberland Terrace / 2 Bloor West ... Grant Daniel Ltd. & acquired a mansion in Rosedale, Toronto -- a million dollar condo at 1111 Crandon Blvd  in Key Biscayne, Florida -- and a resort on Prince Edward Island for my parents ... Clinton Heights Motor Hotel. Peter once lived in a huge Tudor mansion on Sunnydene Cresc. in the upscale Bridal Path area which he later severed into 2/3's for his residence and 1/3 for a road for a new subdivision he built and the other third of the Tudor mansion was a residence for celebrity Fred Davis from the TV show Front Page Challenge.  Peter was a founder of the Donalda Golf & Country Club.  We were to build a huge luxury house together on a large tract of land in Orno, Ontario and I was offered to live in his new property on Sunnydene ....
